bismillah

dalam seminggu dua lepas g jalan-jalan dengan abang kat pkns, bertujuan nak duplicate kunci..tapi lain pula yang dijumpa kat situ..time datang tu, PKNS ada buat pameran jualan hartanah kat ruang legar PKNS. banyak le rumah2 yang dijual. ada yang murah (but lokasi kat sg. buloh nun) n ada yang mahal (macam kat damansara n s.alam) n nak dijadikan taqdir, kitorang terjumpa ada jual rumah apartment kos sederhana di bangi. wah wah tak leh dilepaskan begitu saja ni..(hint: bangi dekat dengan serdang/upm. travel time:reduced. cost of traveling:reduced).. got the idea? apa lagi teruja lah sangat nak beli rumah tu! huhu~.. (to n fro to workplace more than 1 hour!!sure i can take it, yes, but if theres n e opportunity for me to get a place(of living) near workplace thats better, n for sure i want to grab it!!..:D

dipendekkan cerita, the view of the apartment looks pleasing, welcoming (the layout n all) and the cost-benefit analysis shows that its worth to buy one..:p.we fall in love with it instantaneously. tak terlalu mahal n for sure its not so cheap, but relatively cheap considering it's in bangi..dah membangun sangat dah bangi tu..

jadi bermulalah satu episod bau dalam hidupku dan suami. lots of new things we learn. how to get financing from bank (which bank offers the best islamic financing, which offers with riba' etc etc..b4 this, these thingsi know just the theory but now its a practical thing-so its quite interesting surveying here and there)

we learn what are the processes involved and all sort of things. eventhough theres certain things we got 'pening' thinking of, like how to get the duit pendahuluan 10% etc, but iAllah we believe there's a way to all 'problems' (its not totally a problem though).

for now, the apartmen just in the waiting-for-CF stage. so we have more time to simpan some more money,iAllah, n have some time with my family before we live separately. with the baby coming soon(iAllah), i hope this house would be a place where baitul muslim will be practice, mawaddah wa rahmah would follow us to this house n love blossoms every day ahead, ameen
